摘要
以超声信号特征为依据,结合小波频段变更降噪法和经验分解降噪法对比分析,根据超声无损检测模型,将不同带宽的噪声加入到需要采集的噪声,运用MATLAB对目标信号进行降噪处理,并对金属材料存在缺陷深度为1英寸和3英寸的试件进行检测,研究结果显示,经验分解降噪法相对于小波频段变更降噪法在金属材料回波降噪处理的优势更明显,经过降噪处理的超声信号对金属材料无损检测更显著,该研究对金属材料无损检测提供了科学依据。
Based on the characteristics of ultrasonic signal,this paper compares and analyzes wavelet frequency band change noise reduction method and empirical decomposition noise reduction method.According to the ultrasonic nondestructive testing model,the noise with different bandwidths is added to the noise to be collected,and MATLAB is used to reduce the noise of the target signal.The results show that the empirical decomposition noise reduction method has more obvious advantages than the wavelet frequency band change noise reduction method in the metal material echo noise reduction process.The ultrasonic signal processed by noise reduction is more significant for non-destructive testing of metal materials.
