摘要
利用拉曼光谱技术结合簇类独立软模式方法建立快速鉴别进口鳕鱼真伪检测方法,为口岸监测开发了一种快速、简便、智能的鉴别技术。结合多元散射校正降噪技术,建立起6种鱼的定性识别模型。结果表明:大西洋鳕鱼样品与其他5种鱼类样品的主要成分分析结果具有明显的聚类趋势,在此基础上建立SIMCA定性分类模型,大西洋鳕鱼样品内部验证正确率为100%,外部验证正确率亦为100%。因此拉曼光谱分析技术结合数据处理方法及化学计量学方法可对进口鳕鱼进行真伪鉴别。
Combined with multiple scattering correction and wavelength calibration noise reduction techniques,a qualitative identification model of six species of fish was established.The results showed that the analysis results of the main components of Atlantic cod samples and other 5 fish samples had obvious clustering trend,and on this basis,the SIMCA qualitative classification model was established,and the correct rate of internal validation of Atlantic cod samples was 100%,and the correct rate of external validationwas also 100%.This identification technique is rapid,simple and intelligent for port monitoring.
