摘要
考虑到若将客船可倒桅直接纳入整船结构进行强度分析,则将无法计及可倒桅液压油缸的作用,液压油缸的推力可能会对可倒桅本体结构与船体结构产生破坏,且对于封闭式的可倒桅结构,受风面积较大,风载荷对结构强度也会产生一定的影响,对可倒桅进行载荷分析,考虑可倒桅升起时所受液压杆推力、风载荷、船舶运动惯性载荷与自重的叠加影响,采用分步独立计算的方法分别计算可倒桅本体结构与船体结构的应力和变形,对比整船有限元计算结果,认为分步独立评估较为合理,可倒桅升起瞬间工况与横向风压工况对船体支撑结构的影响最大。
If the collapsible mast is directly incorporated into the whole ship structure for strength analysis,the function of hydraulic cylinder of reversible mast cannot be taken into account,and the force of the hydraulic cylinder may cause damage to the mast and the hull structure.For closed mast,the wind area is large,so the wind load also has a certain effect on the structural strength.The loads acting upon the collapsible mast was analyzed,considering the superposition influence of hydraulic rod thrust,wind,inertia load and dead weight when the collapsible mast is raised.The stress and deformation of the collapsible mast and corresponding structures were calculated step by step,and the results were compared with that of whole ship’s strength analysis.It was found that the evaluating method by steps is more appropriate,and the rising transient and the side wind conditions have largest effect on ship’s support structure.
