摘要
针对薄板大型舱室单元的变形可能会损伤内装结构或导致无法吊装进舱等问题,以某豪华邮轮超大舱室单元为例,采用有限元分析方法,计算舱室单元在不同工况下的强度、变形,以及各工况相对静止工况的相对变形,结果表明,舱室单元强度和变形满足船级社规范要求,相对变形满足内装施工精度要求,对舱室单元底部加局部支撑,提前释放自重状态下的变形,可减少吊装时的相对变形。
In view of the problems that the deformation of the large thin plate cabin unit may damage the internal structure or lead to the failure of lifting into the cabin,taking a large cabin unit of a luxury cruise ship as an example,the finite element analysis method was adopted to calculate the strength and deformation of the cabin unit under different working conditions as well as the relative deformation of each working condition relative to the static working condition.The analysis results showed that the strength and deformation of the cabin unit meet the requirements of the classification society,and the relative deformation meet the requirements of the interior construction precision.The partial support at the bottom of the cabin unit can release the deformation under dead weight in advance,which can reduce the relative deformation during hoisting.
