某超大型油船艉管后轴承高温问题的处理

摘要 艉柱变形导致了艉管后轴承的异常磨损,通过艉柱镗孔及更换艉管后轴承,恢复了船舶设计图纸的技术要求,压装后艉管后轴承斜率恢复0.30 mm/m。通过调整中间轴承的高度,使各轴承负荷满足规范要求。航行试验过程中,轴系温度及运行状况正常。从而解决了VLCC艉管后轴承温度高的问题。 The deformation of stern column leads to abnormal wear of bearing behind stern tube.The technical requirements of ship design drawing were restored by boring stern column and replacing the rear bearing of stern tube.After press fitting,the slope of rear bearing of stern tube was recovered to 0.30 mm/m.By adjusting the height of the intermediate bearing,the load of each bearing met the requirements of the specification.In the course of sea test,the shafting temperature and operation condition were normal,and the problem of high bearing temperature of the rear bearing of stern tube of VLCC was solved.
