渤中26-3油田扩建项目电潜泵中压变频器供电方案分析 被引量:1

摘要 为确定渤中26-3油田扩建项目电潜泵中压变频器供电方案,对比分析采用低压0.4 kV和中压6.3 kV给电潜泵中压变频器供电的两种方案下设备尺寸、占地面积、能量损耗和费用差异,认为低压供电方案在设备投资、占地面积上优于中压供电方案,在电力损耗上不占优;从项目全生命周期经济效益看,低压供电方案节省147.31万元,优势明显;同时考察当生产井由6口增加到20口时,项目全生命周期内,低压供电方案仍然占优,确定对于电潜泵中压变频器供电方案,采用0.4 kV电压给电潜泵中压变频器供电的方案更优。 In order to determine the medium voltage inverter power supply scheme of electric submersible pump in Bozhong 26-3 oil field expansion project,the differences of equipment size,floor area,energy loss and cost under the two schemes of using low voltage 0.4kV and medium voltage 6.3kV to power the medium voltage inverter of electric submersible pump were analyzed comparatively.It was found that the low voltage power supply scheme is better than the medium voltage power supply scheme in equipment investment and floor area,while the power loss is worse.From the economic benefit of the whole life cycle of the project,the low-voltage power supply scheme saves 1.4731 million yuan and has obvious advantages.When the number of production wells increases from 6 to 20,the low-voltage power supply scheme is still dominant in the whole life cycle of the project.Therefore,for the electric submersible pump medium voltage inverter power supply scheme,using 0.4kV voltage to electric submersible pump medium voltage inverter power supply scheme is better.
