录井科学技术研究的战略定位与实施策略 被引量:2

摘要 科学技术研究(科研)是企业可持续、高质量发展的强劲动力。录井科研有其特殊性,研发力量相对薄弱,存在问题找不准、思路理不清、实用性不强等问题,导致这些问题的原因除了客观因素外,是录井的定位出现了偏差。为此,从行业属性、专业界定、立项目标三个层面分析了录井科研的战略定位,明确录井在油气勘探开发产业链中的位置,立足其固有的“现场”“直接”等技术优势,守住数据源头,分类、分层次理清技术手段的针对性、数据采集的有效性,找准衡量录井数据与成果质量的标尺。在此基础上,从基础化、精细化、实用化三个层次提出了录井科研的实施重点,通过基础化提高录井技术的原创性,通过精细化提高录井科研的技术水平,通过实用化提高录井科研成果的转化率。录井科研的问题分析、定位梳理、策略制定对提高录井的科研水平具有指导意义。 Scientific and technical research is a strong driving force for the sustainable and high-quality development of enterprises.Mud logging science and technology research has its particularity.Its R&D force is relatively weak.There are some problems,such as inaccurate problem finding,unclear thinking and weak practicability.In addition to objective factors,the reason for these problems is the deviation of mud logging′s positioning.Therefore,this paper analyzes the strategic positioning of mud logging science and technology research from three aspects:industry attributes,professional definition and project objective,and defines mud logging's position in the oil and gas exploration and development industrial chain.Based on its inherent on-site,direct and other technical advantages,keep the data source,clarify the pertinence of technical means and the effectiveness of data acquisition by classification and stratification,and find the yardstick to measure the quality of mud logging data and results.On this basis,the implementation focus of mud logging science and technology research is proposed from the three levels of foundation,refinement and practicality.Improve the originality of mud logging technology through the foundation,improve the technical level of mud logging science and technology research through refinement,and improve the conversion rate of mud logging scientific research achievements through practicality.Problem analysis,positioning sorting and strategy making of mud logging science and technology research are of guiding significance to improve mud logging research level.
