摘要
传统的电路板检测系统只针对普通电子元器件,例如,电容检测,二极管电测,电阻检测等等。对于电路板通信方式,像Zig Bee、Wi-Fi、LORA等常被忽略。如果通信模块出现问题,会直接导致系统的瘫痪,所以电路板通信方式的检测是非常重要的。本文提出基于STM32的电路板通信方式检测系统,将电路板常用的通信方式集成到一个固件库中并对这些方法进行封装,形成通信检测接口。通过调用检测接口实现检测仪器与通信模块的连接,进而完成电路板通信方式的检测。
The traditional circuit board inspection system is only for ordinary electronic components,such as capacitance detection,diode electrical measurement,resistance detection and so on.For circuit board communication methods,such as Zig Bee,Wi-Fi,LORA,etc.are often ignored.If there is a problem with the communication module,it will directly lead to the paralysis of the system,so the detection of the circuit board communication mode is very important.This paper proposes an STM32-based circuit board communication detection system,which integrates common communication methods of circuit boards into a firmware library and encapsulates these methods to form a communication detection interface.By calling the detection interface,the connection between the detection instrument and the communication module is realized,and then the detection of the communication mode of the circuit board is completed.
