随着城市化进程的快速推进,我国耕地资源面积急剧缩减,“人地”矛盾日益突出,对我国社会经济的可持续发展造成了极大威胁。造成这一现象的根本原因在于耕地资源价值认识的偏差,很多人片面地关注耕地的经济价值,导致生态服务、粮食安全保障等价值严重外溢。基于此,本文简单阐述了耕地保护外部性的类型、影响,并详细分析了不同耕地保护测算方法的具体内容,以期为相关从业者提供有益参考。

With the rapid advancement of urbanization,the area of arable land resources in our country has shrunk sharply,and the contradiction between“people and land”has become increasingly prominent,posing a great threat to the sustainable development of my country’s social economy.The fundamental reason for this phenomenon lies in the deviation in the understanding of the value of arable land resources.Many people are one-sidedly concerned about the economic value of arable land,leading to serious spillovers of values such as ecological services and food security.Based on this,this article briefly explains the types and impacts of arable land protection externalities,and analyzes the specific content of different arable land protection calculation methods in detail,in order to provide useful references for relevant practitioners.
