摘要
当今社会,高新技术推动着自动化技术的日益成熟,使自动化行业迎来了剧烈的变革。以网络技术与智能制造相结合为技术导向,以工业互联网模式将自动化集中控制系统通过控制算法等进行升级,加大自动化技术应用力度,实现对各节点控制量的计算,面对控制系统规模不断扩大,流程日益复杂的现状,通过智能执行机构、控制单元、传感器,形成集成的分布式系统,完成了各节点的控制系统建设,驱动工业互联网与智能制造同步前进、同步发展。本文分析了工业因特网及智能制造驱动下的自动化技术,简要介绍了工业因特网与智能制造的构成及自动化技术的实践特征。
At present,high and new technology promotes the development of automation technology,which has ushered in drastic changes in the automation industry.Taking the combination of network technology and intelligent manufacturing as the technology orientation,it is feasible to upgrade the automated centralized control system by controlling algorithms in the industrial Internet mode,broaden the application of automation technology,and realize the calculation of the control amount of each node.As the scale of the control system continuously expands and the process becomes increasingly complex,through intelligent actuators,control units and sensors,an integrated distributed system is formed,and the control system construction of each node is completed,thus promoting the simultaneous advance and development of industrial Internet and intelligent manufacturing.
