香氛的应用研究进展

简要介绍了香氛的历史渊源,重点论述了香氛对于神经舒缓功效的作用机理,舒缓香氛的种类,使用途径;分别论述了香氛对于婴儿和产后育儿期妇女的医学研究进展情况。对于婴儿,香氛可以带来正面影响,比如镇静助眠,帮助成长,舒缓心情。对于产后育儿期妇女,香氛具有缓解焦虑,舒缓疲劳,帮助睡眠,减少抑郁等作用。结果表明,香氛对于婴儿和产后育儿期妇女都具有情绪舒缓和放松的效果,对其研究数据进行论述,可为开发更多功效型香氛母婴产品提供技术依据和方向。

The historical origin of fragrance has been briefly introduced.The nerve-soothing mechanism of fragrance,the types of soothing fragrance and the ways of use of soothing fragrance have been reviewed.The medical research progress of fragrance for infants and mothers has been discussed.For infants,fragrance can bring positive effects,such as calming and helping sleep,helping growth,and relieving mood;for new mothers,fragrance has the efficacies of relieving anxiety,relieving fatigue,helping sleep,reducing depression,etc.The results show that fragrance has the effects of emotional relief and relaxation for infants and mothers.Its research is supported by data.This review can provide technical basis and direction for the development of more effective fragrance for mother and baby products.
