摘要
以"乡村高素质专业化创新型教师"作为公费师范生的培养目标,我们从对标"国家标准培养、产出导向培养、职业养成培养"等层面构建了"专业教育与教师教育课程、主修专业与辅修专业课程、理论教学与实践教学课程、科学素养与信息技术素养课程、全过程的师德养成教育体系""五位一体"的地方高校公费师范生培养课程新体系。该体系凸显了公费师范生"角色属性",符合新时代对乡村教师的要求,既关注了公费师范生的职业认同教育,又重视终身学习意识的培养。
In order to cultivate Public-funded Normal Students into"rural high-quality, professional and innovative teachers", based on"National Policies, Output-Oriented, Professional Cultivation", Local Universities has constructed the"five-in-one"new curriculum system, include the"professional education and teacher education curricula, major and minor curricula, theoretical and practical curricula, scientific literacy and information technology curricula, teacher’s code of ethics curricula". The system underlined the role of Public-funded Normal Students, met the requirements of the country teachers in the new era,paid attention to the vocational identity education and Lifetime learning awareness of Public-funded Normal Students.
