基于场所精神理论的工业新区旅游规划研究——以株洲动力谷泛万丰湖为例

Research on Tourism Planning of New Industrial Zone based on the Theory of Place Spirit:Taking Generalized Wanfeng Lake of Zhuzhou Power Valley as an Example

针对我国部分工业新区目前的状况:城市面貌与乡村面貌混合,产业发展与城市功能不融合,文章引入"场所精神"理论将以上两点转换为适合发展旅游的利用点,通过完整的旅游规划方法,激活场地原始状态,促进产业与城市的融合。在针对工业新区场地特点与场所精神理论分析的基础上,以株洲动力谷泛万丰湖旅游规划为实践案例,以期为其他工业新区的旅游规划提出可供借鉴的实践总结。

In view of the current situation of some industrial new areas in China:the urban and rural features are mixed,the industrial development and urban functions are incompatible,this paper introduces the theory of"place spirit"to transform the above two points into the utilization points suitable for the development of tourism,through the complete process of tourism planning method,activate the original state of the site,and promote the integration of industry and city.Based on the theoretical analysis of the site characteristics and place spirit of the new industrial zone,this paper takes generalized Wanfeng Lake tourism planning of Zhuzhou Power Valley as a practical case,in order to put forward the practical summary for the tourism planning of other new industrial zones.
