复杂系统视域下全过程育人——以建筑学专业素养培育为模型

摘要 从系统的角度建构专业培养的结构体系,并对其进行还原论、复杂性剖析,阐述专业培养系统具有的整体性与开放性、双重组织性与最优化、适应性与稳定性等特征。从复杂系统角度研究专业培养的意义主要体现在利用系统整体性可以充分认识专业培养全过程,系统动态原理可以正确对待专业发展过程的相对稳定性,复杂适应性系统的图式竞争会促使专业培养系统演化与提升,相干环境对交叉学科专业培养系统的发展具有推动作用。 This paper constructs the structural system of professional training from the perspective of system,analyzes its reductionism and complexity,and expounds the characteristics of specialty training system,such as integrity and openness,dual organization and optimization,adaptability and stability.The significance of studying professional training from the perspective of complex system mainly reflects the following aspects.Through the system integrity analysis,we can fully understand the professional training process,use the system dynamic principle to correctly treat the relative stability of the professional development process,the schema competition of the complex adaptive system will promote the evolution and improvement of the professional training system,and the interactive environment for interdisciplinary specialty the development of the training system has a promoting role.
