健康社区理念下的旧工业社区适老化更新策略探讨--以天津市河北区原华新纺纱厂地块为例

Discussion on Aging Renewal Strategy of Old Industrial Community under the Concept of Healthy Community:Taking the Former Huaxin Textile Factory Site in Hebei District of Tianjin as an Example

快速城镇化背景下,旧工业社区物质文化环境的衰退对老年人的健康也构成了威胁。随着健康社区理论与实践的倡导,旧工业社区进行适老化更新以完成向健康社区的转化成为当务之急。文章分析旧工业社区更新中的适老化需求、健康观念的形成与发展,提出旧工业社区适老化健康发展的理念。并以河北区原华新纺纱厂地块为例,分析适老化更新的健康影响因素,探讨如何采取优化交通系统配置、康养景观与康体活动场地复合化、重塑工友文化环境等方式,推动旧工业社区向健康社区的更新转化,以期为健康社区的建设提供借鉴。

In the context of rapid urbanization,the decline of the material and cultural environment of old industrial communities also poses a threat to the health of the elderly.With the advocacy of the theory and practice of healthy communities,it has become a top priority to update old industrial communities to adapt to aging to complete the transformation into healthy communities.This paper analyzes the aging needs and the formation and development of health concepts in the renewal of old industrial communities,and puts forward the concept of aging and healthy development of old industrial communities.Taking the former Huaxin Textile Factory Site in Hebei District as an example,this paper analyzes the health factors of aging and renewal,discusses how to optimize transportation system,the combination of healthy landscape and wellness activities,remodeling the cultural environment of workers,and so on,to promote the renewal and transformation of old industrial communities to healthy communities,and to provide reference for the construction of healthy communities.
