摘要
近年来,我国经济发展突飞猛进,人口数量大幅增加,随着旧村改造和拆迁步伐的加大,城市化进程不断加快,人们的收入持续增长,对住房、汽车等消费品的改善需求日益增加。私家车的数量更是呈几何级数增长,居住小区的停车成了令人头疼的问题。怎样合理设计小区的地下车库,解决停车难这个问题迫在眉睫。文章主要针对地下车库的设计,从规划建筑、结构形式、水、电、通风等全专业的角度,阐述了如何在满足使用和舒适度前提下,最大化地节约成本,提高土地空间的利用率。
In recent years,China's economic development makes rapid progress and the population increases.With the increase of old village reconstruction and demolition,urbanization accelerates,people's income continues to grow,and the demand for housing and automobile consumer goods increases.The number of private cars has increased in geometric series,and parking in residential areas has become a headache.How to reasonably design the underground garage of the community,to solve the problem of parking difficulties is imminent.The paper mainly aims at the underground garage design,from the perspective of planning building,structural form,water,electricity,ventilation and other majors,and expounds how to maximize the utilization rate of land space while satisfying the use and comfort.
