旧城肌理的延续与新生——恩宁路多宝段建筑更新设计研究

Renewal and Regeneration of the Old City Texture:Study On the Renewal Design of the Duobao Section of Enning Road

旧城是一个城市重要的文化遗产和历史传承的物质载体,一个区域的城市肌理往往表达了旧城蕴含的物质价值、经济价值和文化价值。文章以对恩宁路旧城发展的追溯与反思为前提,以对城市肌理的研究和剖析为基础,对恩宁路多宝段建筑的更新设计进行研究,从空间布局、建构与材料、城市界面、内外空间关联等方面对设计进行研究,力求延续旧城肌理的同时完成建筑的当代性表达,对旧城更新的可能性做出探索与讨论。

The old city is an important cultural heritage of a city and the material carrier of historical inheritance.The urban fabric of a region often expresses the material value,economic value and cultural value of the old city.Based on the prerequisite of tracing and rethinking the development of the old city on Enning Road,and based on the research and analysis of the urban texture,this paper studies the renewal design of a building on the Duobao section of Enning Road,from spatial layout,construction and materials,research on the design of urban interface,internal and external space connection,etc.Strive to continue the texture of the old city while completing the contemporary expression of the building,and explore and discuss the possibility of renewal of the old city.
