大型公立医院引领的同质化“互联网+护理服务”模式构建与应用

The model construction and application research of“Internet+nursing service”leading by large public hospitals

目的构建大型公立医院引领的同质化"互联网+护理服务"模式,并评价其应用效果。方法以"互联网+护理服务"试点工作方案为政策指导,构建基于同质化理念的"互联网+护理服务"模式,建立大型公立医院与基层医疗机构的分级协同护理服务。以伤口换药和PICC导管维护2项专科护理服务为试点,与3家社区卫生服务中心开展合作试运行。结果建立了"互联网+护理服务管理中心-入驻医疗机构-护士"三级管理模式,经过3个月的试运行,共完成伤口换药33人次,PICC导管维护5人次。满意度评价得到了患方的一致认可。结论大型公立医院以自身优势医疗和护理资源在引领和协同基层医疗机构建立同质化的"互联网+护理服务"模式为居家护理和延续护理服务提供了有益的借鉴,但还需在后续运行中不断完善平台功能和优化服务模式。

Objective To construct a homogenous“Internet+nursing service”mode leading by large public hospitals and evaluate its application effects.Methods Guided by the pilot project of“Internet+nursing service”,an“Internet+nursing service”mode based on homogenization concept was constructed to establish the hierarchical collaborative care service for large public hospitals and primary medical institutions.The pilot operation was conducted with two specialized nursing services,including wound care and PICC catheter care and 3 community hospitals included.Results A three level management mode of“Internet+nursing service management center-medical institutionnurse”was established.After 3 months of pilot operation,33 wound care and 5 PICC catheter care were completed.It also had received unanimous praise from the patients.Conclusion Leading by large public hospitals with their own advantages in medical and nursing resources,the homogeous“Internet+nursing service”mode provided a useful reference for home care and continuing care.However,it is necessary to continuously improve the platform functions and optimize the service mode in the follow-up operation.
