摘要
以沙漠玫瑰幼苗为试验材料,泥炭土、椰糠、沙子、珍珠岩为基质,设置5种不同基质配比进行种植,以期筛选出适宜的栽培基质,为沙漠玫瑰幼苗的栽培提供技术指导和理论依据。研究结果表明:处理E(V(椰糠)∶V(沙子)=2∶1)组合在株高增长量、茎粗增长量、叶数增长量均较其他处理高;隶属函数综合评价分析结果为:处理E>处理C>处理A>处理B>处理D,在5个处理中处理E有利于沙漠玫瑰幼苗生长。
In order to screen out the suitable cultivation matrix and provide technical guidance and theoretical basis for the cultivation of Adenium obesum seedlings,5 different blend ratio of peat,coconut coir,and perlite were set to test the influence of substrate on A.obesum seedling growth.The result indicated that the plant height,stem diameter and leaf number increase of the plants in substrate with coconut coir and sand(2:1)was significantly higher than that in the other treatments.The result of membership function analysis on A.obesum seedlings growth parameters were as follows:treatment E>treatment C>treatment A>treatment B>treatment D.Treatment E was an effective substrate among the five treatments.
