LED光质对鳄嘴花生长和光合作用的影响

摘要 为了探索LED光质对鳄嘴花生长和光合作用的影响,设置白光为对照(CK)、红光(R)、蓝光(B)和4种红蓝组合光(8R2B、7R3B、6R4B、5R5B)共7种光质进行4h光照处理,研究不同LED光质4h光照处理对鳄嘴花生长、叶片光合色素含量、光合特性的影响。结果表明:红蓝组合光处理对鳄嘴花的生长影响显著,红蓝组合光8R2B处理鳄嘴花茎高、茎粗生长最快,地上、地下干物质的量积累较大,叶片净光合速率较大。与对照及其它处理组相比,8R2B处理更有利于提高鳄嘴花生长和光合作用,是促进鳄嘴花生长较为理想的光质。 An experiment of different proportions of red and blue LED light(red:blue=10:0,8:2,7:3,6:4,5:5,0:10)compared to white light(CK)was carried out to explore their effects on growth,photosynthetic pigments and photosynthetic characteristic of Clinacanthus nutans.The results showed that different proportions of red and blue had significantly effects on the growth of C.nutans.The treatment with red:blue=8:2 significantly increased plant height,ground stem,dry matter of above ground and underground and leaf net photosynthetic efficiency.Therefore,compared to other treatments,the treatment with red:blue=8:2 relative can promote plant growth and increase leaf photosynthesis.This ratio of red and blue LED light is suitable for Cl.nutans cultivation.
