一种高选择性新型三频滤波器设计

摘要 设计了一款新型三频带通滤波器.该谐振器由一个均匀的二分之一波长的传输线加载一个开路的不同阻抗的枝节和一个短路的不同阻抗的枝节组成.该滤波器通过电耦合方式和输入输出0度馈电方式,实现了中心频率分别为2.51,4.90和7.50 GHz,同时产生了4个传输零点,实现了滤波器的高选择性.通过制作滤波器和测量,验证了其与模拟仿真效果一致.本文所设计的滤波器符合实际通信系统的需求,可以用于多频段通信系统的射频前端. A new tri-band bandpass filter is designed.The resonator consists of a uniform half wavelength transmission line loaded with a branch of different impedance of an open circuit and a branch of different impedance of a short circuit.The filter adopts the 0 degree feeding mode through electrical coupling and input and output,realizing the central frequency of 2.51,4.90 and 7.50 GHz,respectively,and producing four transmission zeros at the same time,which realizes high selectivity of filter.Through making and measurement,it is verified that simulation effect is consistent with that of imitation.The filter designed conforms to the requirement of practical communication system and can be used in the front end of multi-band communication system.
