国内外片状钽粉制造技术专利分析 被引量:1

Analysis on Tantalum Flake Powder Manufacturing Technology Patents at Home and Abroad

摘要 片状钽粉制备的电容器因具有耐烧结性好、可靠性高、耐电压性好等特点,广泛应用于军用电子元件中.基于1967年至今国内外片状钽粉制造技术专利,对其进行定量和定性分析.结果显示,国内外片状钽粉制造技术已处于成熟阶段,前二位申请人分别为美国的CABOT、中国的OTIC. Capacitors prepared from flake tantalum powder are widely used in military electronic components due to their good sintering resistance,high reliability and high voltage resistance.In this paper,the domestic and foreign patents on flake tantalum powder manufacturing technology from 1967 to now are reviewed and analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively.It is found that the manufacturing technology of flake tantalum powder at home and abroad is in the mature stage.The top two applicants in the world are CABOT of the United States and OTIC of China.
