地理环境对青少年收缩压的影响

摘要 收缩压与地理环境关系密切,探测其与地理环境因子的关系对于掌握收缩压分布及其风险预测具有重要意义.通过全局Moran’s Ⅰ、地理探测器等空间统计方法,以健康体质调查数据为基础,对收缩压的空间分布现状、空间驱动因素以及因素间交互作用进行分析.结果表明,收缩压的分布具有明显的空间聚集性;青少年的收缩压普遍呈现出男性高于女性、北方高于南方的趋势;海拔高度、年平均气温、气温年较差、平均大气压强、年日照时间、年降水量、年平均相对湿度、PM2.5、第二产业产值等因素对收缩压均有影响,其中,海拔高度和第二产业产值的影响较大;且当两因素交互作用时,因子解释力明显增加.该研究量化论证青少年收缩压与地理环境的关系,同时可为全面掌握我国青少年收缩压情况提供参考. The value of systolic blood pressure is closely related to the geographical environment. The detection of its relationship with geographical environmental factors is of great significance for mastering the distribution of systolic blood pressure and its risk prediction. In this paper, the spatial statistics methods such as Moran’s Ⅰ and geo-detector are used to analyze the spatial distribution of systolic blood pressure, spatial driving factors and interactions between factors based on the health physique survey data. The results show that the distribution of systolic blood pressure between groups has obvious spatial aggregation;the systolic blood pressure of children and adolescents in China generally shows that men are higher than women, and the north is higher than the south;All factors such as altitude, annual average temperature, annual temperature difference, average atmospheric pressure, annual sunshine hours, annual precipitation, annual average relative humidity, PM2.5, and secondary industry output value, have effects on systolic blood pressure of each group, but to varying degrees. The altitude and the output value of the secondary industry have a greater force among them, and when the two factors interact, the factor explanatory power increases significantly. This study quantifies the relationship between adolescent systolic blood pressure and geographical environment, and provides a reference for comprehensively grasping the systolic blood pressure of adolescents in China.
