摘要
采用问卷法对浙江省内高校的732名大学生进行调查,经统计分析后发现:超重和肥胖的检出率与每周吃水果频率、心情影响饮食程度、每周运动频率呈极显著相关(P值均<0.01),与喝碳酸饮料(或奶茶饮料)、吸烟、晚睡呈显著相关(P值均<0.05);过去一周从不运动的大学生肥胖的发生风险是过去一周运动频率在6次及以上大学生的2.95倍(95%CI=1.88~3.67);每周不吃水果的大学生肥胖发生风险是每周吃6次及以上水果的大学生的2.78倍(95%CI=2.47~3.82);经常喝奶茶饮料的大学生肥胖的发生风险是不喝奶茶饮料的大学生的1.15倍(95%CI=0.18~1.27)。基于此,明确提出高校和家庭应积极倡导大学生养成健康行为习惯,以期预防并有效降低肥胖问题的发生。
The questionnaire method is adopted to extract the questionnaire survey was conducted among 732 college students in Zhejiang province,found that overweight and obesity detection rate and the degree of the frequency of once a week to eat fruit,mood influence diet,weekly exercise frequency has extremely significant correlation(P<0.01),and carbohydrate drinks,tea drinks,smoking,sleep late has significant correlation(P<0.05),in the past week do obesity risk of university students is in the past week movement frequency of college students in more than six times 2.95 times(95%CI=1.88~3.67).The risk of obesity of college students who did not eat fruit every week was 2.78 times that of those who ate fruit 6 times a week(95%CI=2.47~3.82),and the risk of obesity of college students who often drank milk tea was 1.15 times that of those who did not drink milk tea(95%CI=0.18~1.27)Therefore,it is suggested that schools and families should encourage college students to develop healthy behavior habits to prevent obesity.
