脓毒症相关性血小板减少症的研究进展

Research progress of sepsis-related thrombocytopenia

脓毒症是一种由多种病因引起的危重病,病死率高,是导致重症监护病房患者病死率较高的疾病。血小板减少在脓毒症患者中很常见,其减少幅度越大,患者病死率越高。因此,明确脓毒症相关性血小板减少的发病机制,以及选择适当的方法及时纠正血小板减少,对改善患者的预后具有非常重要的意义。本文就脓毒症相关性血小板减少的发病机制及治疗研究现状进行综述。

Sepsis is a kind of critical disease caused by a variety of causes with high mortality,which leads to high mortality of patients in intensive care unit.Thrombocytopenia is very common in patients with sepsis,the greater the reduction,the higher the mortality of patients.Therefore,clarifying the pathogenesis of sepsis-related thrombocytopenia and selecting appropriate methods to correct thrombocytopenia in time is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients.In this paper,research status of pathogenesis and treatment of sepsis-related thrombocytopenia is reviewed.
