摘要 郑济高铁黄河特大桥全长34322 m,位于京港澳高速公路刘江黄河大桥下游约3.5 km,是郑州至济南高铁的控制性工程,为充分利用日益稀少的桥位资源、节约工程总投资,采取郑济高铁与郑新市域铁路、快速路共建方式。公铁共建段长度12180 m,四线铁路六车道公路规模,采用双层桥面布置,四线铁路布置在下层、六车道公路布置于上层。主桥长2016 m,由1联(112+6×168+112)m和7孔112 m钢桁梁桥组成,南北大堤分别采用1孔120 m和1联(73+139+73)m钢桁梁桥跨越,滩地主要由40 m跨度箱梁和主跨64 m连续梁组成。设计过程中,对困扰中国铁路多年的无砟轨道钢桥技术进行了探索,主桥连续铺设无砟轨道2016 m,是我国首次在跨越大江大河钢结构桥梁上铺设无砟轨道,同时工程首次应用了40 m预制架设简支箱梁技术,推动了我国大跨度预制架设简支箱梁的发展,这些技术创新为我国高铁的发展做出了有益的探索和尝试。 With a total length of 34,322 m and located at about 3.5 km downstream of Liujiang Yellow River Bridge on Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway,the Zhengzhou-Ji’nan High-speed Railway Yellow River Bridge is a control project of Zhengzhou-Ji’nan High-speed Railway.To make full use of the increasingly scarce bridge location resources and save the total investment of the project,the co-construction of the Zhengzhou-Ji’nan High-speed Railway,Zhengzhou-Xinxiang Suburban Railway and Expressway is applied.The length of the co-construction section is about 12180 meters with double-deck layout.The four rail tracks are placed on the lower floor,while the six road lanes on the upper floor.With a length about 2016 meters,the main bridge is composed of 1-union((112+6×168+112)m)and seven-hole 112 m steel truss bridges.The north and south levees are crossed by 1-union((73+139+73)m)and 1-hole 120 m steel truss bridges respectively,and the beach land is covered mainly by 40 m span box beams and 64 m main span continuous beams.In the design process,the technology of ballastless track steel bridge,which has challenged Chinese railway construction for many years,is explored.The continuous laying of 2016 meters ballastless track is the first time in China on steel-structure bridges crossing major rivers.Meanwhile,the erection technology of precast 40 m simply-supported box beams is also used for the first time,which has promoted the development of precast long-span simply supported box beams in China.All these technological innovations have made helpful explorations and attempts for the development of high-speed railways in China.
