关于高速铁路简支箱梁预制遮板的研究 被引量:4

摘要 鉴于目前高速铁路桥梁预制遮板施工存在施工工序复杂、现场施工质量难以控制、施工周期长、高空作业施工风险高等问题。以"时速350 km无砟轨道双线预制简支箱梁"为基础对高速铁路桥梁遮板构造及施工方案进行详细研究;主要从桥面宽度、遮板构造和遮板施工方案3个方面进行详细研究,发现仅人行道栏杆(或声屏障立柱)内侧距线路中心线距离具有一定的优化空间;将通用图遮板和竖墙A合并形成满足人行道栏杆(或声屏障立柱)安装的新竖墙A,并将新竖墙A与梁体一同在梁场预制,可实现优化遮板施工工序、提高遮板施工质量、缩短遮板施工周期和降低遮板施工风险的目的,且每孔梁可节约投资约1万元,具有较好的经济效益;该方案在经济性、可靠性、高效性、操作性、安全性等方面均有较强优势。 In view of the problems existing in the construction of prefabricated shutter of high-speed railway bridges,such as complex construction process,difficulties to control on-site construction quality,long construction period,high-altitude construction risk and so on,this paper makes a detailed study on the structure and construction scheme of high-speed railway bridge shutter based on"double track prefabricated simply supported box girder of 350 km ballastless track".The research is focused on three aspects:bridge deck width,shutter structure and shutter construction scheme.Research results show that the distance between the inner side of sidewalk railing(or noise barrier column)and the center line of the line could be optimized to some extent;new vertical wall A is formed by merging the universal shutter and vertical wall A into a new vertical wall A for the installation of pedestrian railings(or noise barrier columns),and the new vertical wall A is prefabricated together with the beam body in the beam yard,which can optimize the construction procedure,improve the construction quality,shorten the construction period and reduce the construction risk of the shutters;about 10000 Yuan can be saved for each hole beam,and better economic benefit can be achieved;the scheme has strong advantages in economy,reliability,efficiency,operability and safety.
