摘要
BIM技术在大型特殊结构桥梁设计上应用仅处于起步阶段。如何运用BIM技术自身特点进行BIM正向设计、模型建立、图纸绘制还需进一步深入研究。以常泰长江大桥项目主塔沉井结构设计为背景,进行BIM全程正向设计的应用研究。项目结合"自底向上"和"自顶向下"两种BIM设计理念,研究总结出一套适用于大型复杂钢结构沉井的建模思路;研究采用BIM软件出图,得到满足设计要求的施工图纸,同时提出全新的沉井施工图表达方式;结合BIM技术特点,研究得出参数化建模的新方法,结构计算、沉井建模的并行工作方式,设计人员的协同工作模式。通过以上研究,项目实现了BIM全程正向设计,全新的建模思路可为后续BIM设计项目提供指导性的参考与借鉴,新的BIM出图方式增强了图纸的识图性,参数化设计、并行设计、协同工作的方式,缩短了设计周期,达到了提高BIM设计效率的目的。
The application of BIM technology in the design of large special structural bridges is only in its initial stage.How to use the features of BIM Technology in BIM forward design,model building and engineering drawing needs further research.The project combines two BIM design concepts of"bottom-up"and"top-down",and summarizes a set of modeling ideas suitable for large and complex steel structure caisson.This project studies the BIM software drawing,obtains construction drawings that meet the design requirements,and puts forward a new expression of caisson construction drawings.This project,combined with the features of BIM Technology,studies the new method of parametric modeling,the parallel working mode of structural calculation and caisson modeling,and the collaborative working mode of designers.Through the above researches,the whole process forward design of BIM is realized,and the new modeling ideas can provide guidance and reference for subsequent BIM design projects.The new BIM drawing method enhances the identifiability of drawings.The parametric design,the concurrent design and collaborative work methods shorten the design cycle and improve the efficiency of BIM design.
