三黄汤联合利拉鲁肽治疗老年T2DM合并肥胖患者的效果及对糖脂代谢和炎症因子水平的影响

Effect of Sanhuang Decoction Combined with Liraglutide in the Treatment of Elderly T2DM Patients with Obesity and its Influence on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism and Inflammatory Factors

目的:研究三黄汤联合利拉鲁肽治疗老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并肥胖患者的效果及其对糖脂代谢和炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取符合标准的127例老年T2DM合并肥胖患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组63例给予利拉鲁肽注射液,观察组64例在对照组基础上予三黄汤,2组患者均治疗3个月后观察2组患者的临床疗效、糖脂代谢指标和炎症因子水平。结果:观察组临床有效率90.62%(58/64)高于对照组74.60%(47/63)(P<0.05);2组糖脂代谢和炎症因子水平均有不同程度改善,且观察组改善幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三黄汤联合利拉鲁肽治疗老年T2DM合并肥胖患者有显著疗效,能够通过影响糖代谢、刺激胰岛素分泌和抵抗炎症反应的机制改善患者糖脂代谢水平和炎症因子水平,效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of Sanhuang decoction combined with liraglutide in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes (T2DM) patients with obesity and its influence on glucose and lipid metabolism and inflammatory factors.Methods:127 elderly patients with T2DM and obesity who meet the criteria were selected as the research objects,and they were grouped by random number table method.63 cases in the control group were given liraglutide injection,and 64 cases in the observation group were given Sanhuang decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups of patients were treated for 3 months to observe the clinical efficacy,glucose and lipid metabolism indexes and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups of patients.Results:The clinical effective rate of 90.62% (58/64) in the observation group was higher than 74.60% (47/63) in the control group (P<0.05);the levels of glucose and lipid metabolism and inflammatory factors in the two groups were improved to varying degrees,and the observation group improved The amplitude was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanhuang decoction combined with liraglutide has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly T2DM patients with obesity.It can improve the levels of glucose and lipid metabolism and inflammatory factors in patients through mechanisms affecting glucose metabolism,stimulating insulin secretion and resisting inflammation.The effect is obvious and it is worthy of clinical practice.Promote applications.
