理气逐瘀消癥汤加阿奇霉素治疗湿热瘀结型慢性附件炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Chronic Attachment Inflammation of Damp-heat Stasis Type with Liqi Zhuyuxiao Decoction and Azithromycin

目的:观察理气逐瘀消癥汤加阿奇霉素治疗湿热瘀结型慢性附件炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的95例慢性附件炎患者随机分为2组。对照组患者给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患者采用理气逐瘀消癥汤联合阿奇霉素治疗,2组均治疗8周。比较治疗前后2组患者中医证候疗效、综合疗效、炎性因子、局部体征积分及不良反应。结果:观察组中医证候总有效率94.3%、综合疗效总有效率97.1%,对照组中医证候总有效率77.1%、综合疗效总有效率97.1%(P<0.05);治疗8周后2组的炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-6及hs-CRP)水平及局部体征积分均显著降低(P<0.05),并且观察组降低较多(P<0.05)。结论:理气逐瘀消癥汤联合抗生素治疗慢性附件炎疗效显著,并且可以明显减轻炎症反应,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Liqi Zhuyu Xiaozheng decoction plus Azithromycin in the treatment of chronic adnexitis of damp-heat stasis type.Methods:Select 95 patients with chronic adnexitis who meet the criteria and randomly divide them into 2 groups.Patients in the control group were treated with azithromycin,and patients in the observation group were treated with Liqi Zhuyu Xiaozheng Decoction combined with azithromycin.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The efficacy of TCM syndromes,comprehensive efficacy,inflammatory factors,integral signs of local signs and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the observation group was 94.3%,the total effective rate of comprehensive curative effects was 97.1%,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 77.1%,and the total effective rate of comprehensive curative effects was 97.1% (P<0.05);2 after 8 weeks of treatment The levels of inflammatory factors (TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP) and the scores of local signs in the group were significantly reduced (P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly reduced (P<0.05).Conclusion:Liqi Zhuyu Xiaozheng decoction combined with antibiotics is effective in the treatment of chronic adnexitis,and can significantly reduce the inflammatory reaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
