基于“三调一治”针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc with “Santiao Yizhi” Acupuncture

目的:观察"三调一治"针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:用随机数字表法将符合标准的60例腰椎间盘突出症病人随机分成治疗组以及对照组,治疗组使用"三调一治"针法,即"调气、调血、调经筋、治神"治疗,对照组采用口服西药西乐葆治疗,观察并比对治疗组及对照组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为93.33%,对照组的总有效率为66.67%,治疗组总有效率明显好于对照组,而且治疗组中并未出现不良反应,2组比较有显著性差别(P<0.05)。结论:"三调一治"针法治疗急腰椎间盘突出症效果较好,值得临床进一步探讨。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of “Santiao Yizhi” acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation;Method:use random number table method to randomly divide 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation into a treatment group and a control group,and use the treatment group The “Santiao Yizhi” acupuncture method,that is,the treatment of “regulating Qi,regulating blood,regulating menstruation and tendons,and regulating the mind”,the control group was treated with oral western medicine celex,and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group was observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there were no adverse reactions in the treatment group.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The “Santiao Yizhi” acupuncture method is effective in treating acute lumbar disc herniation,which is worthy of further clinical investigation.
