综合评定法在西南地区铁路岩溶路基注浆质量检测的应用 被引量:7

摘要 岩溶地质灾害严重影响铁路的运营安全,对于岩溶路基注浆处理的结果直接关系到路基工后沉降及运营安全,因此在岩溶地区采取有效的手段对注浆处理后的地基进行评价具有重要的意义。目前,注浆效果检测可以采用多种检测方法,但采用单一的检测方法对岩溶路基进行评价存在一定的局限性,不能很好地评价岩溶路基整体注浆效果情况。本文以瞬态瑞雷面波法、电测深法、钻孔取芯及压水试验综合方法为例,通过物探方法宏观控制注浆区域的薄弱点,辅以钻探及压水试验对注浆后地下岩层裂隙封堵情况进行验证,从方法原理、测点布置原则、数据处理、结果判识等出发,并结合成贵铁路路基岩溶检测工程实例,利用四种检测方法优缺点,相互验证,综合评判岩溶路基注浆质量可靠性强,获得了较好的效果,可为同类工程的岩溶路基质量检测提供参考。 Karst geological disasters seriously affect the safety of railway operation,the result of grouting treatment for karst subgrade is directly related to the post-construction settlement and operational safety of subgrade,therefore it is of vital significance to take effective means to evaluate the foundation after grouting in the karst region.At present,a variety of detection methods can be used to detect the grouting effect,but some limitations can be easily detected in using a single detection method to evaluate the karst subgrade,and it cannot evaluate the whole grouting effect of karst subgrade well.In this paper,the transient Rayleigh surface wave method,electrical sounding method,borehole coring and water pressure test are synthesied,and the weak points in the grouting area are controlled by geophysical method in a macroscopic way,supplemented by core drilling and water pressure test to verify the sealing situation of underground rock cracks after grouting.The paper starts from the method principle,the principle of measuring point arrangement,data processing and result identification are successively implemented.Combined with the example of Chengdu-Guiyang railway subgrade karst detection project example,the advantages and disadvantages of four detection methods to verify each other.The comprehensive evaluation of karst roadbed grouting quality proves its strong reliability and good effect,which provides a good reference for the quality detection of karst subgrade in similar projects.
