风电叶片芯材蒙皮微裂纹产生原因及缺陷的消除 被引量:1

摘要 针对风电叶片的芯材蒙皮微裂纹问题,制定了试验方案,通过对比方案改进前后样块微裂纹情况、缺陷长度及面积得知,灌注速率是造成芯材蒙皮微裂纹的主要原因。试验结果表明,采用第2种方案后,大部分样块无微裂纹,仅一个样块有点状微裂纹,且缺陷长度及面积明显减小,微裂纹问题基本上得到解决。 This paper describes the improved scheme for the problem of micro-cracks in the core material coverings of wind turbine blades.By comparing the micro-cracks situations,defect lengths and areas in the samples before and after the optimization of the scheme,it is known that the main reason of micro-cracks in the core material coverings is the perfusion rate.The test results show that after the second scheme is adopted,most of the samples have no micro-cracks,only one sample has spot micro-cracks,and the defect length and area are significantly reduced.The micro-crack problem is basically solved.
