摘要
高压电动机具有极强的环境适应能力和优异的拖动性能,随着海上采油平台的飞速发展,其在油气开采生产中发挥着非常重要的作用,但高压电动机直接启动对电网的冲击将会对采油平台同网供电的其他设备的可靠运转带来严重威胁,同时也会形成过大的启动能量耗损。介绍了选择高压电动机软启动控制技术的原因,并以某海上采油平台固态软启动器带动高压电动机为运行实例分析其工作原理、功能以及运行调试技术要点。
High-voltage motors have strong environmental adaptability and excellent drag performance.With the rapid de-velopment of offshore oil production platforms,they play a very important role in oil and gas production.However,the impact of direct starting of high-voltage motor on the power grid will not only pose a serious threat to the reliable operation of other equipment powered by the same grid on oil production platform,but also form excessive starting energy consump-tion.This paper introduces the reasons for selecting the soft start control technology of high-voltage motor,and takes the solid-state soft starter of an offshore oil production platform to drive the high-voltage motor as an example to analyze its working principle,function and key points of operation and commissioning.
