摘要
为了了解2018年4月—2019年12月山东省部分地区规模化奶牛场牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)的感染情况,采用商品化酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)试剂盒对山东省13个地市5901份送检样品进行了BVDV抗原检测,879份送检样品(823份血样、56份大缸奶样)进行了BVDV抗体检测。结果显示,所检BVDV抗原样本总阳性率为0.49%、血样BVDV抗体样本总阳性率为75.94%、大缸奶BVDV抗体样本总阳性率为94.64%。菏泽地区BVDV抗原样本阳性率最高,为1.07%;滨州地区血样BVDV抗体样本阳性率最高,为96.77%;德州、聊城、潍坊、日照、威海、泰安地区均在送检奶样中检测到BVDV抗体,样本阳性率达100%。2018年4—6月送检样品BVDV抗原阳性率最高,为1.94%;2019年1—3月送检血样BVDV抗体阳性率最高,为90.91%。中规模牧场送检样品BVDV抗原阳性率最高,为0.79%;大规模牧场送检血样BVDV抗体阳性率最高,为84.47%。结果表明山东地区BVDV的感染情况较为严重,存在地域和季节性差异,应引起有关单位高度重视,本调查以期为山东省牛病毒性腹泻病毒的防控与净化提供帮助。
In order to understand the infection of bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV)in large-scale dairy farms in some areas of Shandong province from April 2018 to December 2019,5901 samples from 13 cities were tested for BVDV antigen by commercial enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)kit,BVDV antibodies were detected in 879 samples(823 blood samples and 56 large-tank milk samples).The results showed that the total BVDV antigen positive rate of tested samples was 0.49%,and the total BVDV antibody positive rates of blood and large-tank milk samples were 75.94%and 94.64%,respectively.The positive rate of BVDV antigen samples in Heze area was the highest(1.07%),and positive rate of BVDV antibody of blood samples in Binzhou area was the highest(96.77%).BVDV antibodies were detected in milk samples from Dezhou,Liaocheng,Weifang,Rizhao,Weihai and Tai’an,and the positive rate was 100%.From April to June 2018,the positive rate of BVDV antigen was the highest(1.94%),and from January to March 2019,the positive rate of BVDV antibody in blood samples was the highest,which was 90.91%.The positive rate of BVDV antigen was the highest in medium-scale pastures(0.79%),and the positive rate of BVDV antibody in blood samples from large-scale farms was the highest(84.47%).The results showed that infection of BVDV in Shandong area was serious,and there were regional and seasonal differences,which should be paid great attention by the relevant units.This investigation will provide help for the prevention,control and purification of bovine viral diarrhea virus in Shandong province.
