不同发育期牦牛肺组织中血管形成相关基因的表达谱

Expression Profile of Angiogenesis-related Genes in Lung Tissues of Yak at Different Developmental Stages

摘要 为探究不同发育期牦牛肺组织中血管生成相关基因的表达情况,根据不同时期牦牛肺组织转录组测序结果,对转录组数据进行分析,并对血管生成相关基因进行分析。结果显示:(1)1日龄和30日龄组别中差异表达基因311个,其中上调基因139个,下调基因172个;30日龄和180日龄组别中差异表达基因3190个,其中上调基因1775个,下调基因1415个;180日龄和成年组别中差异表达基因693个,其中上调基因430个,下调基因263个;30日龄和180日龄组别中差异表达基因最多。(2)3个比较组别中的共同差异基因18个,其中5个基因在3个比较组中均上调,有3个基因均与血管形成有关,但没有共同下调的基因。(3)对39个血管生成相关基因表达量的变化趋势进行分析可知,牦牛肺组织在30日龄和180日龄阶段中的血管形成相关基因变化明显。结果表明,牦牛1~30日龄、30~180日龄这2个阶段中的血管形成相关基因变化较显著,可见1~180日龄是牦牛肺组织发育的关键时期。 In order to explore the expression of angiogenesis-related genes in yak lung tissues at different developmental stages,the transcriptome data and angiogenesis-related genes were analyzed according to the transcriptome sequencing results of yak lung tissues at different stages.The results showed:(1)A total of 311 differentially expressed genes were obtained in the 1-day-old group and 30-days-old group,of which 139 were up-regulated genes and 172 were down-regulated genes;3190 differentially-expressed genes in the 30-days-old group and 180-days-old group,of which 1775 were up-regulated genes and 1415 were down-regulated genes.There were 693 differentially expressed genes in the 180-days-old group and adult group,including 430 up-regulated genes and 263 down-regulated genes.The number of the differentially expressed genes were the largest in the 30-days-old group and 180-days-old group.(2)There were 18 common differentially expressed genes in three experimental groups,of which 5 genes were up-regulated,and 3 genes were all related to angiogenesis.However,there were no common down-regulated genes.(3)It was observed that yak lung tissue had obvious changes in angiogenesis-related genes during the 30-day and 180-day-old stages by analyzing the change trend of 39 angiogenesis-related gene expression levels.The angiogenesis-related genes change significantly in the two stages of yak from 1 day to 30 days,and from 30 days to 180 days.The data suggest that 1 day to 180 days is the key period for yak lung tissue development.
