健宫散对产后子宫炎奶牛生殖激素及子宫形态的影响

Effect of Jiangong Powder on Reproductive Hormone and Uterine Morphology of Dairy Cows with Metria

本试验旨在研究中药复方健宫散对产后子宫炎奶牛的生殖激素孕酮(P 4)、前列腺素F_(2)α(PGF_(2)α)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))及子宫形态的影响。选取年龄、体况评分(BCS)和胎次相近的18头奶牛,按临床症状、阴道分泌物的性状、B超检查分为患病组(患子宫炎不治疗)、正常组(未患子宫炎)和治疗组(患子宫炎治疗),每组6头。治疗组每日灌服中药健宫散400 g/头,患病组与正常组灌服灭菌生理盐水。灌药期为1个疗程(7 d)。分别于用药前、用药中、停药后1、4、7、11、15 d和20 d采集血液,检测三组奶牛P 4、PGF_(2)α、PGE_(2)指标;于产后第7、9、14、21、27、35天和第42天跟踪测量三组奶牛子宫颈纵径和子宫角壁厚。结果表明,治疗组血液中P 4、PGE_(2)水平显著低于正常组与患病组(P<0.05);PGF_(2)α的水平显著高于正常组与患病组(P<0.05);子宫颈纵径、子宫角壁厚恢复快于患病组。本试验条件下,健宫散可以促进性激素分泌,调节性激素代谢,加快机体子宫形态恢复,从而达到预防和治疗子宫炎的效果。

This study amied to investigate the effects of Chinese herbal compound Jiangong powder on the reproductive progesterone(P 4),prostaglandin F_(2)α(PGF_(2)α)and prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2))in cows with metria.18 cows with similar age,body condition scoring(BCS)and parity were selected,and were divided into the disease group(with no treatment for metria),normal group(with no metria)and treatment group(treatment with metria)according to clinical symptoms,vaginal secretions and B-ultrasound test,and each group had 6 cows.The treatment group was given a daily dose of 400 g each cow of traditional Chinese medicine Jiangong powder,and the disease group and the normal group were given normal saline.The filling period was a course of treatment(7 days).Blood samples were collected before,during and after 1,4,7,11,15 days and 20 days after treatment.P 4,PGF_(2)αand PGE_(2) indexes of dairy cows in three groups were detected.Cervical longitudinal diameter and uterine horn wall thickness of three groups were measured on 7,9,14,21,27,35 days and 42 days post parturition.The results showed that the levels of P 4 and PGE_(2) in the blood of the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the normal group and the disease group(P<0.05).The level of PGF_(2)αwas significantly higher than that in the normal group and the disease group(P<0.05).The cervical longitudinal diameter and the thickness of uterine horn wall recovered faster in the treatment group than in the disease group.Under this test condition,Jiangong powder can promote the secretion of sex hormones,regulate the metabolism of sex hormones,and accelerate the recovery of the uterine morphology of the cow.These data suggest that Jiangong powder can achieve the effect of preventing and treating metria.
