摘要
为了探究磁流变弹性体隔振器的力学特性,对隔振器进行力学特性试验,实验数据表明磁流变弹性体隔振器具有很强的滞回特性。利用实验数据,结合Bouc-Wen模型,建立隔振器的非线性动力学模型。使用遗传算法对Bouc-Wen模型进行参数识别,分析参数随实验条件的变化规律,总结出适用此隔振器的一般化Bouc-Wen模型,并验证模型精度,相对误差在10%以内。结果表明,Bouc-Wen模型能够很好地描述磁流变弹性体隔振器的力学性能。
The mechanical characteristic of magnetorheological elastomer(MRE)vibration isolators is explored by testing.The experimental data show that the MRE vibration isolator has strong hysteretic characteristics.Based on the experimental data and a Bouc-Wen model,the nonlinear dynamic model of the isolator is established.Genetic algorithm is used to identify the parameters of the Bouc-Wen model,and the variation law of the parameters with experimental conditions is analyzed.The general Bouc-Wen models suitable for this isolator are summarized,and the accuracy of the model is verified.The relative error is found to be less than 10%.The results show that the Bouc-Wen model can well describe the mechanical properties of MRE isolators.
