摘要
驱动电机的运行性能和振动分别影响电动汽车的动力性和乘坐舒适性。考虑较多学者仅对电机运行性能或振动性能进行单独研究存在不足的情况,采用数值计算方法分析8极48槽同步电机的运行性能和振动响应。先建立二维有限元模型并验证模型正确性;然后进行运行性能和分析,发现其输出功率效较高,但其转脉动值较大,约为27.12%;最后进行振动分析,谐响应分析发现在2400 Hz与4000 Hz接近电机定子模态3、4阶固有频率,齿顶振动位移大,进一步得出两个频率成分的振动云图。
The operation performance and vibration of motors have great influences on the power performance and ride-comfort of electric vehicles.However,some authors have only conducted individual studies on the operation performance or vibration performance of the motors.In this paper,the operation performance and vibration response of an 8-pole 48-slot synchronous motor are analyzed by numerical method.Firstly,the two-dimensional finite element model of the synchronous motor is established and verified.Then,its operation performance is analyzed.It is found that the output power of the motor is higher but its rotational pulsation is serious,which is about 27.12%.Finally,the vibration analysis and harmonic response analysis are carried out.It is found that the third and fourth natural frequencies of the motor stator are 2400 Hz and 4000 Hz respectively,and the displacement of the tooth tip vibration is serious.The corresponding vibration cloud diagrams are provided.
