内燃动车组动力包振动烈度全局灵敏度研究 被引量:1

摘要 引用Sobol全局灵敏度概念,建立动力包机组随悬挂参数变化的振动烈度函数(Vrms),推导动力包机组振动烈度关于悬挂隔振参数全局灵敏度计算方法。避免局部灵敏度的缺陷和悬挂参数非线性的困难。计算机组在不同转速工况下Vrms关于动力包悬挂参数的全局灵敏度指标(Svy)。计算结果表明:不同转速工况和不同悬挂参数条件下机组振动烈度灵敏度Svy均有显著差异。此外还对Svy影响较大的悬挂参数展开讨论,为后期动力包隔振参数优化设计奠定基础。 Based on the concept of Sobol global sensitivity,the vibration intensity function of power package units varying with suspension parameters is established,and the calculation method of global sensitivity of vibration intensity of the power package units to suspension isolation parameters is deduced.The defect of local sensitivity and the difficulty of suspension parameters nonlinearity are avoided.The global sensitivity index of unit vibration intensity with respect to powertrain suspension parameters under different rotating speeds is calculated.The results show that the sensitivity of vibration intensity is significantly different for different rotating speed and different suspension parameters.At the same time,the suspension parameters which have great influence on the vibration intensity of the unit are also discussed.This study lays a foundation for further optimization design of vibration isolation parameters of the power package.
