生态翻译学之“翻译生态环境”意义探究

Reflections on the Term “Eco-Translation Environment” from Eco-translatology

“翻译生态环境”是生态翻译学中的一个核心概念范畴,其内涵随着生态翻译学理论话语体系的逐渐成形和其影响力的持续提升而不断得到丰富和升华。本文以生态翻译学的哲学依归为根基,以翻译生态环境中所涉及的内外两大循环模式为重点研究对象,深刻阐述了如何在“以人为本”“求同存异”两大原则下和从“自然经济”“社会政治”和“语言文化”三大维度实现内外循环中“平衡—失衡—再平衡”的过程,从而维系翻译生态环境的总体和谐平衡,并使之在确保“译有所成”的同时,生生不息,持续繁荣。

“Eco-Translation Environment”is a key concept of eco-translatology.As eco-translatology's theoretical discourse system gradually taking shape and its influence growing continuously,this concept's connotation has been enriching and diversifying.Based on the philosophical basis of eco-translatology and a“dual circulation”pattern involved in the eco-translation environment,this paper aims to discuss how the process of“balance—imbalance—balance”can be achieved in both internal and external circulations under the two principles(putting people first,seeking common ground while reserving differences)and from improvements of the three environments(natural and economic environment,social and political environment,and language and cultural environment).Thus,we can maintain the overall harmonious balance of eco-translation environment,continue to prosper and ensure fruitful results for all participants.
