摘要
针对某钢厂CSP(Compact Strip Production)产线主传动系统在生产高强极薄带过程中,人字齿轮频繁断齿失效问题,建立了基于非线性有限元分析软件的齿轮箱有限元模型,对轧制过程中系统负载最大的F1轧机齿轮箱进行了动态仿真研究,分析得到了轴系及齿轮受力情况,并通过理论计算,完成了相应的疲劳强度校核及承载能力评估,为断齿原因的分析查找明确了方向。分析结果表明:有限元分析与理论计算结果相符,人字齿轮座的齿轮和轴承承载能力满足设计要求,但齿轮部分安全系数在临界值附近。
Aiming at the herringbone gear tooth broke frequently failure problem,which was appeared in the process of producing high strength thin belt in a steel mill CSP(Compact Strip Production)production line main transmission system.The finite element model of gear box is built basing on nonlinear finite element analysis software,and the dynamic simulation research of the rolling process for F1 gear box which is the biggest load of the rolling line is carried out.The shaft and the gear stress distribution is obtained through analysis.The corresponding fatigue strength and bearing capacity evaluation is also completed through theoretical calculation.The direction for the cause of broken teeth has been found.Analysis result shows that the finite element analysis is in agreement with the theoretical calculation results,and the load capacity of the gear and bearing of the herringbone gear base meets the design requirements,but the safety factor of gears is near the critical value.
