摘要
“VLSI物理设计”是关于集成电路设计方法与流程的研究生课程,本文在教学中引入芯片设计项目,把科研成果转化为教学内容,采用制作PPT、比对设计流程、扩展课程内容、展示芯片实物、播放样机视频和分享项目经验等多种方式探索科教融合新途径,这些方式提高了课程教学质量。
VLSI Physical Design is a postgraduate course in the integrated circuit design methods and flows,which is taught by introducing an actual chip design project to make the achievements in scientific research to be the content of the course by means of editing power point slices,comparing the course design flow with that of the referenced project,extending the classroom teaching boundary,exhibiting the real chip,playing the prototype videos and sharing the experiences of the project with the students and so on to search for more and more new ways of teaching with the integration of science and education to promote the course teaching quality.
