广西水土流失生态气象灾害与减缓策略

摘要 全球气候变化背景下,广西强降水事件趋于频繁,加上社会经济的高速发展和人类活动影响范围不断扩大,使得水土流失防御工作面临着严峻考验。本文在分析广西水土流失成因、特征和危害的基础上,从水土流失监测预测、气象预警和保障服务、应急管理等方面提出减缓水土流失对策和建议。 Under the background of global climate change,heavy precipitation events in Guangxi tend to be frequent,coupled with the rapid development of social economy and the continuous expansion of human activity impact scope,the prevention of soil and water loss is facing a severe test.Based on the analysis of the causes,characteristics and hazards of soil and water loss in Guangxi,this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions to reduce soil and water loss from the aspects of soil and water loss monitoring and prediction,meteorological early warning and guarantee services,as well as emergency management.
