摘要
随着教育改革的推进,工程教育界提出新工科建设计划,土木工程教育则以高等学校土木工程专业评估(认证)为标准,进行各项工作的更新。现代社会对具有工程意识和决策意识的职业素养要求越来越高,工程伦理教育为工程师的职业素养教育提供了基础和更好的途径,为保障高校的工程伦理教育顺利开展,有必要从课程体系、教学方式、组织结构等方面进行改革,完善工程伦理教育,真正实现工程伦理教育的教育目的,为社会培养符合新时代要求的具有专业知识和工程伦理知识的高素质工程人才。
With the continuous education reforms,the engineering educators put forward the plan of new engineering education.With the profession evaluation(certification)of civil engineering in colleges and universities as standards,civil engineering educators update its teaching tasks.Modern society demands more and more engineering consciousness and decision consciousness.Engineering ethics education provides a basis and a better means for engineers’professional quality training.To ensure the smooth development of engineering ethics education in colleges and universities,it is necessary to reform the current curriculum,teaching methods and organization.The goal of engineering ethics education is to build an all-round engineering ethics.It will cultivate high-quality engineering talents with professional knowledge and engineering ethics that meet the requirements of the new era.
