高职教育精准服务区域经济新常态的探讨——以青岛职业技术学院为例

Discussion on Precision Service of Higher Vocational Education to the New Normal of Regional Economy——Take Qingdao Vocational and Technical College as an Example

针对高职教育普遍存在与结构优化、动能转换下区域经济新常态“耦合度”低、服务弱的现状,以青岛职业技术学院为例,探讨高职教育通过契合区域转型升级“规格”的高素质后备人才培养、“同频”区域产业结构优化新格局的专业建设布局、密切校企产学研合作的多维平台搭建、“互联网+”社区终身职业教育品牌的打造,摆脱普通高等教育窠臼,精准服务新一轮科技革命、产业变革推动下的区域经济发展新常态,成为“当地离不开”的人民满意高职教育。

In view of the current situation of low“coupling”and weak service of the new normal of regional economy under structural optimization and kinetic energy transformation in domestic higher vocational education,taking Qingdao Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper discusses the professional construction layout of higher vocational education through the cultivation of high-quality reserve talents in line with the“specifications”of regional transformation and upgrading and the new pattern of“same frequency”regional industrial structure optimization,the building of multiple platform for close college-enterprise production-learning-research cooperation,and the construction of Internet+community lifelong education brand.By all these means,higher vocational education can get out of the set pattern,accurately serves the new normal pushed by the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform in regional economic development,and becomes the education that local people are satisfied with and depend on.
