摘要
针对某750 kV变电站一隔离开关合闸操作时翻转机构万向节基座断裂问题,对断裂的万向节以及抽取同批次同型号万向节进行了分析,发现是由于万向节本身存在铸造缺陷造成的部件失效,建议优化生产工艺,并加强对入网金属铸件内部质量的检验和监督,加强设备运行和检修期间的巡视检查,以保证电网设备的安全稳定运行。
In view of the fracture of a universal joint pedestal of a turnover device of an isolating switch in a 750 kV Substation,tests and analyses are performed on the fractured universal joint and sampled spare joints of the same type and batch,based on which it is found that such failure is caused by inherent casting defects in universal joint.It is proposed to optimize its manufacturing process,and strengthen the inspection and supervision on the internal quality of such metal castings as well as inspections during operation and maintenance so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment in power grid.
