摘要
以天津范庄村220 kV智能变电站为例,基于智能变电站三层两网通信结构的特点,根据GOOSE通信的要求和技术方案,分析了GOOSE通信异常对二次系统造成的影响,提出了GOOSE通信异常的判定方法和处理方案,并通过工程实践加以验证,取得了较好的效果。
Taking the 220 kV new generation smart substation at Fanzhuang village of Tianjin as an example,based on the characteristics of the three-layer and two-network communication structure of the smart substation,and the requirements and technical scheme of GOOSE communication,the effects of GOOSE communication anomalies on the secondary system are analyzed,the determination and disposal schemes of GOOSE communication anomalies are put forward,which is verified through engineering practices and results in good effectiveness.
