摘要 以内蒙古京泰火力发电厂1号机组为例,提出为提高机组自动发电控制系统和一次调频的性能及节能降耗,需对数字式电液控制系统阀门流量特性曲线进行优化和再调整。试验证明优化后机组在单阀/顺序阀切换过程中表现更平稳,负荷扰动更小,主汽温度、主汽压力等参数更为稳定,瓦温、振动、位移等均能够得到一定的改善,机组变负荷和一次调频能力得以增强,其运行经济性和控制稳定性有所提高。 Taking Unit 1 of Jingtai fossil power plant in Inner Mongolia as an example,it is needed to optimize and re-adjust the valve flow characteristics curves of the digital electro-hydraulic control system so as to improve the performance and energy-saving of the automatic generation control system of unit and its primary frequent modulation.Tests verify that after optimization the unit appears more smooth and stable during the switching between single-valves and sequential valves,with less load disturbance,more stable parameters including main steam temperature and pressure,better performance in bearing temperature,vibration and displacement,etc.,stronger capability in unit load change and frequency modulation,as well as better economy of unit operation and control stability.
