摘要
人工智能时代,教师信息化教学能力深刻影响着教育信息化的进程。现阶段我国教师信息化教学能力的发展面临着保障和考核机制不够完善、提升平台资源较为匮乏、缺乏针对性的培训课程、教师自我发展意识不够强烈等问题。随着人工智能与教育教学深度融合,学生的学习场景、学习方式、学习生态和学习评价发生变革,教师信息化教学能力体现为教学设计能力、教学实施能力、教学资源整合能力和教学反思能力。通过筑牢教师信息化教学能力保障机制、构建教师数字化网络平台资源、全面实施教师信息化培训工程、激发教师信息化教学实践动机等途径,切实推进教师信息化教学能力提升。
In the era of artificial intelligence,teachers'information-based teaching ability has a profound impact on the process of educational informationization.At present,imperfect guarantee and assessment mechanism,lack of platform resources,lack of targeted training courses,and insufficient awareness of teachers'self-development are the major problems in the development of teachers'information-based teaching ability in China.With the deep integration of artificial intelligence with education and teaching,students'learning scenarios,learning styles,learning ecology and learning evaluation have undergone great changes.Teachers'information-based teaching ability is embodied in four dimensions:teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability,teaching resource integration ability and teaching reflection ability.In order to effectively promote the improvement of teachers'information-based teaching ability,we can strengthen the guarantee mechanism of teachers'information-based teaching ability,construct teachers'digital network platform and resources,fully implement teachers information-based training project,and stimulate teachers'motivation of information-based teaching practice.
